Become a Vendor!

Becoming a vendor for the Capital Bachata Festival provides wonderful benefits and visibility through our printed and online materials (including social media) as vendors will have direct access to approximately 500+ community members attending and a much greater community of dancers taking advantage of social media promotion throughout the National Capital Region, Montreal, Toronto, New York and more. 

Based on previous years, our attendees cover a wide demographic spanning across age groups, ethnicities and genders. Our attendees are passionate about fitness, dance, music and supporting their local community. Whether you are a shoe vendor, clothing vendor, salon, makeup supplier or work in the health and well-being industry, you will have access to an engaged audience all weekend long!

Reserving Your Booth

Booth space is limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. 

Contact us at: CapitalBachataFestival@gmail.com to reserve your booth. 

Vendors are encouraged to provide promotional material that can be shared
by the Festival team prior to the Festival date.

Setting Up Your Booth

  • Vendors can set-up anytime after 1:00pm on Friday.

  • Vendors will be provided with 1 table, 2 chairs and a tablecloth

  • Vendors are responsible for bringing extension cords or power bars.

  • Take-down must be completed by 1:00am on Sunday.

Staffing Your Booth

Vendors are responsible at all times for their booth and products. Booths may be open and closed at any time over the course of the weekend. 

Partnership & Sponsorship Opportunities

The Capital Bachata Festival is organized by Capital Region Bachata, a non-profit organization passionate about the Latin dance community within the National Capital Region. 

Capital Region Bachata is very open to collaborate with like-minded organizations through partnerships and sponsorships throughout the Festival weekend and during the year leading up to the event. 

 

In exchange for collaborations, Capital Region Bachata is happy to work with organizations to provide physical and digital marketing services to our guests prior to and during the event. Some examples of marketing options would include:

  • logo included on our photography backdrop/event banner/volunteer shirts 

  • logo in all video marketing

  • having volunteers use and share your products during Festival weekend

  • providing links to your business in our email correspondence to event attendees 

  • acknowledging your contributions during our evening performances

  • displaying your logo on the staging for our evening performances. 

Capital Region Bachata is open to both monetary sponsorships and gifts in kind (including raffle prizes for fundraising events throughout the year).
